Indoor Play Hop Series – Playdate #6: SkyZone Fishers 

Our sixth and final playdate of our Indoor Play Hop series is at Sky Zone in Fishers. Tickets will be $5 for kids which includes 1 hour of jumping plus 1 free adult. Please note that Sky Zone socks will need to be purchased if you don’t have a pair yet.

Bloom: A Celebration of Motherhood – Broadmoor Country Club, Indianapolis 

We are thrilled to announced our third annual Bloom event, an event to celebrate motherhood, sponsored by Hancock Regional Hospital. The afternoon will consisted of shopping from local vendors, swag bags and giveaways for attendees and a guest panel exclusively of local moms to finish up the event.

Conner Prairie’s April Events

Conner Prairie will be hosting a whole month of events on the Prairie. Events range from: pottery, rainbow science, engineering for kids, sewing and so much more. April 1st

Messy Monday’s- Indiana State Museum- Noon

Looking for some messy fun with your kiddos that you don’t have to clean up? Join Messy Mondays, where your 2- to 5-year-olds can get a little messy while enjoying STEAM activities on a variety of topics.

April 4th

The Children’s Museum: First Thursday Discount Evening: 4-8pm

On First Thursday Nights, you can pay $5 per person to visit either the museum or the Riley Children’s Health Sports Legends Experience. For $7, you can buy a ticket to both! This is only between the hours of 4 and 8 p.m.

April 4th

Tuttle Orchard hosts Preschool Playdates – Tuttle Orchard- 10am

This hands-on experience is designed for ages 3-8 years old. The cost is $7 per child, parents are free. Children will enjoy a delicious snack and learn about the science on the farm! If you haven’t experienced Tuttle Orchard, take the family over to this great family farm and enjoy a day of learning and fun.

YMCA (Jordan Location): Kids Night Out- 5-10pm

Head to your local YMCA for their KIDS NIGHT OUT EVENT. Parents, this event is perfect to allow yourself a night out on the town and the kids will be having fun too! Program activities include swimming, gym play, arts and crafts, and kid friendly movies. Dinner and snacks provided. Offered second and fourth Sat of each month at most YMCA locations. Prices range from $30-38 dollars and kids ages 2 months to 13 years are welcome!

xZOOberance: The Indianapolis Zoo- 9am-5pm

If you are tired of winter, head over to the Indianapolis Zoo and be exuberant at xZOOberance! The festival runs 9am-5pm Thursdays through Sundays, April 4-7. The festival features live entertainment at two different stage locations, a cheer garden offering beer, treats and kid-friendly refreshments, and a whimsical garden of remarkable topiaries fit for a Zoo. Natural décor depicting animals like elephants, giraffes, bears, butterflies and dolphins will wow you. Fun times await your kiddos including large outdoor musical instruments, animal matching games and creative crafts like a fun springtime pinwheel to catch the season’s breeze.

The Chocolate Slide and Chocolate Cafe-The Indianapolis Children’s Museum

The Chocolate Slide is returning to the Children’s Museum! The museum’s Sunburst Atrium will be decorated like a whimsical candy land. What better fun than zooming down a slide that looks like a river of chocolate? Top off the fun with sweet treats and tasty eats purchased from the Chocolate Café.

Purdue Spring Fest: Purdue University (Lafayette, IN)- 10am-4pm

Enjoy the lighter side of higher education at Spring Fest! This free, university-wide event showcases animals, art, insects, and more. It’s a great way for children of any age to enjoy interactive, hands-on activities — including the legendary Bug Bowl, the Horticulture Show, and the Veterinary Medicine Open House. Part education, part entertainment…and all fun!

April 9th

STEAM Makerspace: Robot Petting Zoo – Westfield Washington Library – 6pm

Enjoy $5 Family night at the Urban Chalkboard with Greek’s Pizzeria.

Experiment with Dash & Dot, Sphero SPRK and Ozobot Robots at this one-of-a-kind STEAM event at the Westfield Washington Library. This event is made possible by the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services. It hosts fun suited best for ages kindergarten through 6th grade. Head over for a night of fun and your local Westfield Washington Library.

Urban Chalkboard’s Family Night – Carmel, IN – 5pm

Enjoy $5 Family night at the Urban Chalkboard with Greek’s Pizzeria.

Piney Acres Annual Easter Egg Hunt – Carmel, IN – 10am & 1pm

8 – 9:30 a.m. Breakfast with the Easter Bunny
10 a.m. Morning Easter Egg Hunt
11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Lunch with the Easter Bunny
1 p.m. Afternoon Easter Egg Hunt

Breakfast and lunch sessions are ticketed items. Options vary. Each hunt is $10 per child, 0 – 12 years old (ticket links below). There will be a staggered start at each time slot, with little ones going first

EGGstravaganza : Kids Night Out- 5-10pm

The Indianapolis Baptist Temple hosts their annual egg hunt and it keeps on getting bigger and bigger! Over 13,000 eggs will be hidden throughout our building plus exciting songs by our IBT Kids.
