Better healthcare for women has been key to Hancock Health’s mission since its founding. It was the lack of quality care available to the women and children of Hancock County that inspired Fanny J. Andis to found the hospital in 1951. Through her own personal tragedy, she experienced firsthand the need for readily available, quality healthcare in Hancock County–close to home.

The Barre Code Indianapolis is a boutique fitness studio for woman with a fitness regimen to target the whole body including: cardio classes, strength training classes, and restorative classes. Eight (8) varieties of classes to keep you sweating, your muscles guessing, and your mind engaged. Each instructor is on a different routine and the routines adjust each week. Our class formats include: Barre Code (standard barre), Burn (heated barre), Brawl (kickboxing barre), TBC (total body conditioning), HIITRestore (HIIT training with a stretch portion), Barre-dio (dance cardio barre), Interval Brawl (HIIT/Brawl combination), and BarRestore/BurnRestore (barre/stretch combo). Classes are open to all fitness levels as modifications will be offered throughout + our lights are dim to allow you to focus on you and not feel intimidated! The Monon Community Center is Carmel, Indiana’s premier family fitness center. Baby Boot Camp offers a unique stroller fitness program for mom & baby for moms and children ages 6 weeks old to 5 years old. Our 60-minute stroller fitness classes cater to moms of all fitness levels: pregnant moms, new moms, and moms with one or more stroller-aged children.
