It’s no secret that midwesterners love (and live for) fall. Mild temps, gorgeous colors, Halloween, amazing smells, and Thanksgiving are just a few reasons to rejoice when the end of September rolls around. Not to mention all there is to do in such a short amount of time! With fall so fleeting we’ve put together our 2015 Indianapolis Fall Bucket List that the whole family is sure to enjoy so that you and your loved ones can make the most of this magical season!

2. Make chili
3. Carve/decorate pumpkins
4.  Spend time at the Indianapolis Zoo’s Zoo Boo
5. Visit The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis’ Haunted House
6. Enjoy Stonycreek Farms’ Pumpkin Harvest
7. Take a family trip to Conner Prairie’s Headless Horseman
8. Go trick-or-treating at Fisher’s Park and Recreation Boo Bash
9. Make pumpkin bread
10. Visit a pumpkin patch
11. Make a pine cone bird feeder
12. Check out the Historic Irvington Halloween Festival
13. Go trick-or-treating at the Mass Ave Monster Mash
14. Do a fall leaf craft
15. Go apple picking at Stuckey Farms
16. Drink hot apple cider
17. Take a picnic to Fort Harrison State Park

26. Bake a pie
27. Eat a caramel apple (or make your own mini caramel apples)
28. Go on a family hike at Ritchey Park Nature Preserve 
29. Make s’mores around a bonfire at Holliday Park
30. Take family photos outside
31. Tailgate with family and friends
32. Take a day trip to Brown Country for a scenic drive through the incredible fall foliage (or zip line through the trees if you’re feeling adventurous!)

    We’re new to the area. What activites are available for a 2 month old. I’m really look for swimming.
